This policy explains what personal data Ingeniería Total y Proyectos S.A.S. collects through this site, what it uses the data for, how long it keeps it, and how you can exercise your rights to access, update, correct and delete that information.

Ingeniería Total y Proyectos S.A.S. (hereinafter ITYP), a company incorporated in Colombia, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. Its identification details and contact channels appear at the end of this page.
This policy is adopted in compliance with Ley 1581 de 2012 (Colombia’s personal data protection act), Decreto 1377 de 2013 and any rules amending or implementing them, and applies to all personal databases administered by ITYP in the course of its operations.
Through this site ITYP collects only the data you enter into the forms. No sensitive data, no data relating to minors and no financial information is collected.

By ticking the authorisation box and submitting the form, you give prior, express and informed authorisation for the processing of your personal data on the terms of this policy. Authorisation is voluntary: if you do not give it, the form is not submitted, and you may contact ITYP through the published contact channels.
Boxes left unticked and fields you choose to leave blank are not answered with personal data; optional fields may be omitted without preventing submission.

Enquiries and complaints are submitted through the contact channels published on this page, stating your name, a channel for reply and a description of the request. ITYP answers enquiries within ten (10) business days of receipt and complaints within fifteen (15) business days, under articles 14 and 15 of Ley 1581 de 2012. Where it is not possible to reply within those periods, the person concerned will be told the reason for the delay and the date of the reply.
Data is kept for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose that justified its collection and, thereafter, for the periods required by applicable legal, accounting and contractual obligations. CVs that are not selected are kept for as long as they remain useful for later selection processes, unless the data subject requests their deletion.
ITYP adopts reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. The email, storage and hosting providers involved in the processing act as processors and are bound by the same conditions set out in this policy. ITYP does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
This policy applies from its date of publication and remains in force for as long as ITYP administers the databases described here. Any substantial change will be published on this same page, with its date of update.
